What is your cancellation policy ?
In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you have until 3pm the day before your arrival to cancel free of charge, by phone only. If you cancel your reservation less than one day before your arrival, the first night will be charged and subsequent nights will be cancelled free of charge.
For group reservations, a longer delay might be required. Please contact us directly.
For reservations made through a third party such as an online travel agency, please contact your travel agency for more information about the cancellation policy and for any changes or cancellation to your reservation.
What are the ckeck-in and check-out times ?
Check-in starts at 4pm and check-out is at 11am.
Do you accept pets ?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets anymore.

At the front desk, a computer is available to check your personal emails.
You can also access our free wifi network using your own personal computer, tablet or smartphone from your room. A few rooms offer both wired and wireless internet access.
Do you have cable TV ?
Yes. All our rooms offer HD television with cable service.
Is it possible to arrive without a reservation ? How long before the desired dates do you suggest I make a reservation ?
It is possible to check-in without a reservation, but it is suggested to make a reservation. Without a reservation, we might be no vacancy or have a more limited choice of room types available.
During the peak season, mostly July and August and some weekends, it is suggested to book a few weeks early as the hotel is often sold out more than a week before the arrival date.
Does your hotel have a swimming pool ?
No, the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool. However, the nearby municipal swimming pool, less than two kilometers away, is open to the public. You can visit their website to check rates and schedules here.
